Comments and Pictures from Puppy Owners
Our yellow lab, Penny Lane, has brought us so much joy over the past 5 years and our love for her grows more with each day that passes. Dawn at Ridge Run Labs raises some beautiful puppies and was so friendly and helpful during our adoption process. So much so that I check in with her occasionally to share photos of Penny so she can see how she's growing and changing. 5 years ago, my 30th birthday was around the corner and I told my husband, "all I want for my birthday is a dog." We decided on a labrador or similar breed and he started searching online. We were living temporarily in Arizona and had a move to Pennsylvania in the works so he started looking at shelters and breeders in PA. He had a "hot lead" on a yellow female lab and I told him to make it happen, please! He said he'd call while he walked down to the gym in our building. The workout felt like it took forever and he finally came back to our apartment and simply said, "we got her." I couldn't have been happier and the time dragged by until we could pick her up. The photo updates from Dawn helped a lot during the waiting period and I still have those photos today. Penny was the best gift I've ever received. Dawn and her family were so sweet when we came by, she supplied us with all her records to date and their facilities for the dogs are very nice and well kept. I fully recommend anyone who's wanting a labrador (best breed in my opinion) to contact Dawn at Ridge Run Labs.

Our handsome boy Finn is an awesome addition to our family. We love him so much. Dawn was very responsive and helpful during the adoption process. She sent us pictures along the way as we anticipated the exciting arrival of our boy Finn. We get so many compliments on what a good looking dog he is. His vet was impressed with him. Finn is 9 months old and weighs 90lbs. He came well socialized. When we came to visit our puppy for the first time on the farm Dawn’s kids were playing with all the puppies. They were so good to the puppies and the puppies loved them. They had named them all. Finn was named “Max” by her kids. When we heard that his name was Max we knew we picked the right one. Our previous lab Max had just crossed the rainbow bridge at the age of 12. What a tribute to our Max! You won’t be sorry if you choose this Breeder. Very satisfied! |
